Larry Hoffman Donates Original Scores to the Blues Archive at the University of Mississippi « The Peabody Post

Composer and blues scholar Larry Hoffman (BM ’79, MM ’83, Composition) recently donated his scores to the Blues Archives at the University of Mississippi. Hoffman, who the Johns Hopkins Magazine profiled in 2014, donated 12 of his blues-and-American folk-infused pieces to be a apart of the acclaimed collection in University, MS. The Blues Archive at UM is currently home to over 60,000 sound recordings, 20,000 photographs, 34,000 books, and over 1,000 videos.
